1. Refund Policy

Physical Products

  • You may request a refund for eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery.

  • To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Digital Content & Membership

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.

  • Since membership includes immediate access to exclusive digital content, classes, and community features, cancellations apply only to future billing cycles.

  • You may pause or cancel your membership anytime by contacting support@sageco.shop before your renewal date.


2. Cancellations

  • Orders for physical products may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.

  • Membership cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.


3. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard shipping: 7–14 business days.

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping

  • Currently, Sage & Co ships primarily within the United States.

  • International shipping, if available, may involve additional duties, customs, or taxes that are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact support@sageco.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
